On Monday, July 7th, I begin my PiYO journey. I am a recovering workout addict. You can read some about my story of crazy workout antics here. I used to call it workout ADD but I recently recognized it was more than that. I do still have to keep up with Zumba and want to fit a few runs in a week for mental clarity BUT I'm making a promise to myself that I'm "only" going to do PiYO...no other Beachbody programs at the same time for the next 60 days! This was a description from the Beachbody site: "Introducing PiYO, a high-intensity, low-impact workout for a new kind of strong." Even the description of it makes me excited and anxious to start!
