Ahhhhhhh, a lot of words come to mind when I think of the word food. Addicted. Sushi. Texas Road House. HuHot. Krispy Kreme. PASTA. BREAD. Snickers. Middle of the night. Complicated. Peanut butter. BUTTER. Popcorn. BUTTERED POPCORN. Hungry. Hangry. Mental. Reward. Hide. AND.....CLEAN. Hummus. Whole grain. 21 Day Fix. Almond milk. Quinoa. Spaghetti squash. Shakeology. Greek yogurt. Olive oil. Avocado.

I do get a little better every day, though. As you can see, I do think about clean, healthy things, too! And, the more I think about clean, healthy things...well, the MORE I think about clean, heathy things and the more I DON'T get up in the middle of the night to eat or hide junk food ;)

So, as I continue on the path of clean eating, I will share on here my favs. Here are just a few of right now:
Plain Greek yogurt (1 or 2%) drizzled with honey,
topped with fruit (love blueberries, mangos, or strawberries) & slivered almonds!

Topped with onion flakes, garlic & Sriracha.

Silk or Almond Breeze Almond or Coconut Milk ~ especially for my Shakeo

These aren't 21 Day Fix "approved" but
good otherwise when I don't have enuf calories for the real thing :)

There are probably better versions of all natural pb out there :( but I love this one.
